Shipping and returns

The M23 team is committed to providing you with the highest quality, most sustainable products. We understand that our customers are looking for great products and great service.

If you have any questions about an m23 product, would like to report a missing or damaged order, or simply want to give us feedback on your experience, we warmly invite you to contact us.

You can always email us or contact us via the "Contact Us" page. To help you quickly, please provide us with your order confirmation number, if you have one. We get busy from time to time, but we always strive to respond to your inquiry within two business days.

When you can expect your order
Please allow 1-2 business days for your online order to be processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email to the email address you provided at checkout.
Please note: During peak holiday periods, we may need an additional business day to provide tracking information and ship your order.

Right of return
Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase without having to give a reason for the return.

If possible, please return the products in their original packaging, along with your order information, which can be found either on your original online receipt or on the invoice that was included with your package.

If your m23 product is defective or damaged during shipping, we apologize. We will gladly refund your purchase price upon receipt of the returned item and credit the amount to your original payment method.

Please note: m23 offers free standard shipping for all orders over 60 euros, but does not refund return shipping costs.

How to return an order
If you would like to return an m23 product, simply use the cancellation form we included in your package.

Please use the original packaging if possible.

Please place the return form and the item(s) to be returned in a sealed package. We recommend using protective packaging to prevent damage to the products. Please remove all other labels from the packaging.

Please note: m23 sports & fashion wants to contribute to more conscious consumerism. This includes counteracting the common practice of sending items back and forth by only covering the shipping costs to the customer (for orders valued at €60 or more), while the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

When can you expect a refund?
The processing time for returns is usually 5-7 business days from the time we receive the returned package.

After receiving your return, we will send you an email confirmation to let you know that we have received your package and are processing your refund.

We will gladly refund the purchase price of the item(s) plus any taxes paid, less any discounts, rebates, credits, or refunds already applied in connection with the purchase. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
