Basketball: Pick-up game on the outdoor court, lots of sprints, lots of changes of direction. The light stretch moves with your shot, and when it gets hot, the fabric doesn't stick to your back.

Outdoor fitness & running: Circuit training in the park, then an easy run. Clean cut, no details that get in the way.

And when training is over, Ben just stays on. It doesn't look like a sports shirt you forgot to take off.

Wash at 30°C, inside out. Gentle spin cycle. Add a splash of vinegar or citric acid instead of fabric softener — it decalcifies the fibres and keeps colours bright. Avoid tumble dryer and direct UV exposure when drying. Do not iron the M23 logo.

Ben weighs between 150 g (XS) and 200 g (XL).
